Return and Refund Policy

We always strive for excellent experience while shopping with us and using our products. However if there are any problems, we are always available for contact.

Our Products are handmade and worked on tirelessly, so they may vary slightly from pictures whether it is the shade of color etc, and no two pieces may be entirely the same since resin work and zari items are both dependent on manual talent labour. 

We do not take returns if the product has been damaged during use, or if the customer changed mind after receiving the product within stipulated period of time.

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Terms of return (within 72 hours of receipt of product)
• State of return (unused with accessories in tact)
• Reason for return (Damaged Product)
• Process for return (Initiate a request on mail we will get it picked up)
• Process of refund (Refund will be provided within 7 business days after the product has been received)
